Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains your right to withdraw from a purchase and get your money back when you buy from EMPOWERED HEALING SRL (CUI 52687030, Trade Register No. J2025078235008, registered office: Str. Nucului 6, Bl. V-101, Sc. 2, Et. 3, Ap. 41, Sector 3, 031502 Bucharest, Romania, email: [email protected], phone: +40 732 859 896) through www.emmylouseaman.com.

It is drawn up in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (you buy for personal purposes, not for your business), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

The 14-day period starts:

  • for services (Heart-Soul Healing Mentorship, 1:1 sessions, workshops, live events): on the day the contract is concluded, i.e. the day you complete your purchase or sign your service agreement;
  • for digital products (online courses, recordings, guided practices, downloads): on the day the contract is concluded, i.e. the day of your purchase.

If the last day of the period falls on a non-working day, the period ends on the next working day.

2. Our commitment: a full refund

If you withdraw within the 14 days, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for that purchase. We do not deduct any processing fees, bank fees or administrative costs from refunds made within the withdrawal period.

We apply this full refund even if, during the 14 days, the program has already started or you have already accessed the digital content.

3. How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period ends:

  • by email to [email protected], with the subject "Withdrawal / Refund request"; or
  • by post to: EMPOWERED HEALING SRL, Str. Nucului 6, Bl. V-101, Sc. 2, Et. 3, Ap. 41, Sector 3, 031502 Bucharest, Romania.

Please include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the product or program purchased and the date of purchase. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

The deadline is met if you send your request before the 14-day period expires. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

4. How and when you will be refunded

  • We will refund you within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.
  • The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase (card, PayPal or bank transfer), unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
  • For purchases paid in instalments, we refund all instalments already paid and cancel all future instalments.
  • The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 working days after we issue the refund).
  • Once the refund is made, your access to the program, member area, recordings and digital products purchased will be closed, and the licence to use the materials ends. Please delete any downloaded materials.

5. After the 14-day period

Our programs are built on commitment and limited places, and we prepare and reserve space for you from the moment you enrol. For this reason, after the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, payments are non-refundable and instalments agreed in a payment plan remain due, except in the situations below:

  • If we cancel a program or session and do not offer a replacement date that suits you, we will refund the amount corresponding to the services not delivered;
  • If we cannot deliver what was promised, or a digital product does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law (including a price reduction or refund);
  • In other exceptional situations, at our discretion, any refund or transfer will be agreed in writing with you.

This does not affect any other rights you have as a consumer under Romanian and EU law.

6. Transfer instead of refund

If you cannot participate, you may also transfer your place in a program to another person, or move to a future cohort where available, by writing to us at [email protected] before the program starts.

7. Business customers

The legal right of withdrawal applies to consumers. If you buy as a company or for your professional activity, the terms of your individual agreement apply.

8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how your request was handled, please write to us first at [email protected] – we will do our best to find a solution. You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at www.anpc.ro, or use Alternative Dispute Resolution through ANPC's SAL service at https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/. If you live in another EU country, you may also contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.
