(referred to below as "Empowered Healing", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, signing up for a free resource or buying any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Withdrawal Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or buy our services.

1. Definitions

Client / you – any person who accesses the Website, registers, or buys a product or service from us.
Consumer – a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession, as defined by Romanian and EU consumer law.
Services – the 1:1 Trauma & Somatic sessions, the Heart-Soul Healing Mentorship (group program), workshops, live events and any other guidance or mentoring services we provide.
Digital Products – online courses, recorded workshops, guided practices, meditations, audio/video files, workbooks, guides and other content delivered digitally (including through our Store).
Platform – the online systems we use to deliver our Services and Digital Products, such as Kajabi (member area and checkout), Zoom (live sessions) and email.

2. What we offer

Empowered Healing offers trauma-informed, nervous-system-focused education, mentoring and somatic practices, including:

1:1 Trauma & Somatic Sessions – a series of individual online sessions (typically 12–24 sessions) with direct messaging support during the agreed period;
Heart-Soul Healing Mentorship – a 12-week live online group mentorship with weekly live calls, modules in our member area, resources, small group circles and messaging support, as described on the program page;
Store / Digital Products – workshops, guided somatic practices and tools that you can access at your own pace;
Free resources – free guides (for example "The Nervous System Reset") and our newsletter.

The exact content, duration, schedule, price and inclusions of each offer are those shown on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase and, where applicable, in the individual service agreement you sign with us. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed individual agreement, the signed agreement prevails, except where these Terms or the law give you, as a Consumer, stronger rights.

3. Important health and wellbeing notice – please read carefully

Our Services and Digital Products are educational, mentoring and personal-development services based on trauma-informed and somatic approaches. They are not medical care, psychiatric care, psychological assessment, clinical diagnosis or psychotherapy as regulated under Romanian law, and they do not replace the care of a doctor, psychiatrist, licensed psychologist or psychotherapist.
We do not diagnose, treat or cure any medical or mental health condition, and we do not prescribe or advise on medication. Never stop or change any treatment or medication without talking to your doctor.
If you are currently under the care of a doctor, psychiatrist or therapist, we recommend that you inform them before starting our programs. Our work can complement, but not replace, their care.
Trauma-focused and somatic work can bring up strong emotions, memories or body sensations. You are responsible for going at your own pace, pausing any exercise that does not feel right, and asking for support when needed.
Our programs are not suitable for people in an acute mental health crisis, with active suicidal thoughts, or who need immediate psychiatric care. We are not an emergency service. If you are in danger or crisis, please call 112 (in Romania and the EU) or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency department.
Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

4. Applications and acceptance (Mentorship and 1:1 work)

Places in the Heart-Soul Healing Mentorship and in 1:1 work are limited. Enrolment usually follows these steps: (1) you fill in the application form; (2) we review it and let you know whether you are invited to the next step; (3) you book a free discovery call; (4) if both sides feel it is a good fit, you receive an invitation to enrol, sign the service agreement and make the payment. We may decline an application at our discretion, for example where we believe the program is not the right support for you at this moment (see section 3). In that case we will, where possible, suggest another resource.

5. Account and access

To access programs and Digital Products you may need to create an account on our Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login details confidential.
Your access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login, recordings or materials with others is not permitted (see section 10).
Access to recordings and program materials is provided for the period stated on the sales page. Where "lifetime access" is offered, this means for as long as the program is available on our Platform. If we ever decide to retire a program, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance so that you can save the materials you are allowed to download.

6. Prices, payment and invoices

Prices are shown on the Website in the currency indicated at checkout, and include any taxes applicable to us. Any bank, currency-conversion or card fees charged by your own bank are your responsibility.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) through our Kajabi checkout, or by bank transfer where agreed. We never see or store your full card details.
Where a payment plan is offered, you authorise us to collect each instalment on the agreed dates. If a payment fails, you must provide a valid payment method within 3 working days; otherwise we may suspend your access until the payment is made, and, after notifying you, remove you from the program.
For programs, the full price (or the first instalment) is collected before the program starts.
An invoice will be issued in accordance with Romanian tax law and sent to the email address you provide.

7. Delivery of Services and Digital Products

All Services and Digital Products are delivered online. After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with access details. Please check your spam/promotions folder; if you have not received access within 24 hours, contact us.
Live sessions take place on Zoom (or a similar platform) at the times communicated to you. Times are shown in the time zone indicated on the program page; it is your responsibility to convert them to your local time.
You need a stable internet connection and a suitable device. We are not responsible for technical problems on your side, but we will help where we reasonably can.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, and receive a full refund, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights. All details, how to exercise this right, and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Sessions, rescheduling and cancellations

1:1 sessions: please arrive on time; sessions start and end at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know in writing at least 24 hours in advance and we will agree a new date and time. A session cancelled by you for reasons beyond your control will be rescheduled and not lost. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as used.
Group live calls: all live group calls are recorded and made available in the member area, so you can watch the replay if you cannot attend.
If we need to cancel or move a session, we will let you know as early as possible and offer a new date.
We may change the start date of a program in case of force majeure or other serious reasons (for example illness). The fee you paid remains valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, contact us and we will find a fair solution, including a refund of the amount corresponding to the services not delivered.

10. Your commitments, community rules and confidentiality

Healing is a shared process: results depend on your active participation, attendance and practice between sessions. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Our group spaces are built on safety and trust. You agree to treat facilitators and other participants with respect and kindness, and not to post abusive, discriminatory, harassing or illegal content.
What is shared in the group stays in the group. You agree not to share outside the program any personal information, stories, names or images of other participants.
You may not record (audio, video or screenshots) any live session or call, and you may not allow any third party to do so, without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or remove, after a warning where appropriate, any participant who seriously or repeatedly breaches these rules or endangers the safety of the group. In that case no refund is due for the remaining period, except where the law provides otherwise.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our programs – including texts, videos, audio recordings, meditations, workbooks, methods, graphics, logos and the names "Empowered Healing" and "Heart-Soul Healing" – belongs to Empowered Healing SRL or its licensors and is protected by Romanian and international copyright and intellectual property law.
When you buy a program or Digital Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own healing and personal development.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, lend, publish, teach, turn into your own product or otherwise use our materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Breaches may lead to termination of your access and to a claim for damages, as provided in your individual service agreement and by law.

12. Testimonials and results

Testimonials on the Website reflect the real experiences of individual clients and are published with their consent. Everyone's healing journey is different; we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, timeframes or outcomes.

13. Transfer of a program

You may transfer your place in a program to another person by sending a written request to [email protected] before the program starts. The new participant must go through our application process and accept these Terms.

14. Limitation of liability

We provide our Services with care, professionalism and in line with our training. However, we are not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take based on information or practices shared in our programs, or for results you did not achieve.
We are not responsible for indirect losses (such as loss of income, business opportunities or data), or for temporary unavailability of the Website or Platform caused by technical issues outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where this cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a Consumer.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failing to perform its obligations when this is caused by force majeure, as defined by Romanian law (events that are unforeseeable, unavoidable and outside the parties' control). The affected party will inform the other as soon as possible.

16. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian law. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

17. Complaints and disputes

If you have any concern or complaint, please write to us first at [email protected]. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days, and we will try to resolve any issue amicably.
As a Consumer, you can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) – www.anpc.ro – and you may use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through ANPC's SAL service – https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/. If you live in another EU country, you may also contact the European Consumer Centre in your country (ECC-Net).
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent Romanian courts. If you are a Consumer living in another EU country, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. Significant changes will be announced on the Website and, where appropriate, by email.
