Like you, I once lived in survival mode, carrying the weight of childhood trauma, rejection, abandonment, sexual and emotional abuse. My nervous system was constantly on guard, my relationships were strained, and I didn’t know what true safety felt like.
Through deep nervous system work, somatic practices, and inner child healing, I rewired my body and mind to move from a wounded survivor into an empowered, connected, and deeply present human being.
I’ve now guided over 2,000 women and trauma survivors through their own healing, helping them break painful relationship cycles, regulate their nervous systems, and finally experience the connection they’ve always longed for.
