Like you, I lived in survival mode for a long time where I in a state of hyper-vigilance, always waiting for something to go wrong or for the relationship to end. I looked good externally but internally I felt lost, cried myself to sleep every night, battled depression, anxiety and was suicidal.
Through deep nervous system work, somatic practices, and inner child healing, I rewired my body and mind to move from a survival state into an empowered, regulated, and deeply present human being.
I’ve now guided over 2,000 women and trauma survivors through their own healing, helping them break painful relationship cycles, regulate their nervous systems, and finally experience the connection they’ve always longed for.
